How FluxRouter handles your requests and data, how to keep your key safe, what we expect of how the service is used, and where to check live status.

FluxRouter is a routing gateway. It takes your request, sends it to the model provider that serves it, and returns the response. The pages in this section explain what that means for your data, how to handle your key, what we expect of how the service is used, and where to check live status.

What's in this section

  • Privacy and your data: where your request goes, what Flux keeps, and what it never does.
  • Security: handling your API key, rotating it if it leaks, and reporting a security issue.
  • Status: live status and incident history.
  • Acceptable use: the high-level expectations for using the service responsibly.

The short version

  • Your prompts go to the model provider that serves them, as you sent them, and that provider's terms apply.
  • Flux's own logs keep a PII-scrubbed copy, never your raw prompt.
  • Flux never trains on your data and never sells it.
  • Your key (sk-...) is a bearer credential tied to your account's billing. Keep it server-side, and rotate it at /home/keys if it leaks.
  • Live status is at status.fluxrouter.ai.
  • Questions: support at fluxrouter dot ai.
