Plans
FluxRouter plans: Free, Pay As You Go, Builder and Enterprise. What each one adds, and how usage is billed on each.
FluxRouter has four plans. Underneath all of them the metering is the same: you pay per token at the rate of the alias you send, and per use for abilities. The plans differ in monthly fee, included credit, which models you can reach, rate limits and support. Fees, included amounts, rates and limits change over time, so they live on the pricing page, which you can also subscribe from.

Free
Every new account starts here, with a monthly credit and a default key made for you, so you can connect your agent straight away. Free reaches flux-fast and flux-auto (which stays in the Fast lane on Free) and stops at its cap rather than billing you. Abilities that need a paid plan, such as images and transcription, answer with a clear "needs a paid plan" message. See The Free plan.
Pay As You Go
- No monthly fee. You pay only for what you route.
- Lane rates carry a small markup, shown on the pricing page.
- Every model, every lane, pinned models and the paid abilities.
- No commitment, so you can test with real traffic before choosing Builder.
Builder
- A monthly fee that includes a routing credit each month. The credit refills on the 1st of each month (UTC), whatever day your plan renews and is invoiced.
- Usage above the included credit bills at the plain lane rates, with no overage uplift.
- Every model, including pinning one with its
flux-pinned-*id (billed at that model's provider rate plus the Flux markup). - Bring your own provider keys, failover and observability.
- Higher rate limits than Free, and email support.
- Annual billing is available.
Enterprise
- A custom contract with negotiated rates and a custom included allowance.
- Custom single-model options, dedicated or regional deployment, and a security review.
- Email support at fluxrouter dot ai to set this up.
Which plan should I pick?
- Just connecting your agent to see what it gains? Start on Free.
- Want every model with no monthly fee? Pay As You Go.
- Running real workloads every month? Builder.
- A custom contract or compliance needs? Enterprise.
Your key does not change when you change plan. Change plan at /home/billing.
I'm on Scale. What happens to my plan?
Nothing changes for you. Scale is no longer offered to new accounts, but if you already have it, it carries on as before: same included credit, same billing. You can see it, change it or cancel it at /home/billing.
