This page tells you where to check whether FluxRouter is operating normally and how to see past incidents.
Where do I check live status?
Live status and incident history are at status.fluxrouter.ai. The status page shows current operational state and a record of past incidents.
What should I do if something looks wrong?
If your requests are failing and the status page does not yet show an incident, it may be specific to your account, your key, or your request rather than a service-wide issue. A few things to check first:
- The error message and HTTP status code your client received. See Rate limits and retries for what an HTTP 429 means and Spend ceilings and limits for spend-ceiling (HTTP 402) errors.
- Whether your API key is valid and has not been revoked.
- The transparency headers on the response, which can tell you what happened to the request.
