Terms of Service

Our terms and conditions

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Ferrox Labs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("FluxRouter," "we," "us"). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use FluxRouter. If you are using FluxRouter for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FluxRouter. The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account.

The service

FluxRouter is an API gateway that routes your requests to third-party AI model providers. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and provider models can change or be discontinued at any time.

Your account

Keep your login and API key secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account and key. Tell us promptly at support at fluxrouter dot ai if you believe your key has been exposed.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service lawfully and do not abuse or overload it.
  • Comply with the usage policies of the underlying model providers your requests are routed to. Those policies are incorporated by reference and also bind you directly.
  • Do not use the service to create, transmit, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, content that exploits minors, malware, or content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, or violent.
  • Do not infringe others' intellectual property, and do not use the service to create deceptive deepfakes, disinformation, or other prohibited content.
  • Do not resell or redistribute the service in violation of these Terms.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any violation, and we may be required to do so to satisfy our obligations to upstream providers.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. Pay-as-you-go usage is billed in arrears based on your actual usage.

You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard (Settings → Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no phone call or email is required.

All fees — including prepaid credits and subscription fees — are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period or any unused balance. Prices are as shown at the time of purchase; we may change prices prospectively with notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support at fluxrouter dot ai within 30 days of the charge; otherwise charges are treated as final.

Prepaid credit

For any account on prepaid credit, the following replaces the statement above that pay-as-you-go usage is billed in arrears. From 21 October 2026, new accounts are on prepaid credit from sign-up. Existing accounts move to prepaid credit from 19 October 2026 at 12:00 UTC, or sooner if they add credit from 16 October 2026; an account whose renewal due then is unpaid moves once it is paid. All other terms continue to apply.

  • Usage is prepaid. You add credit to your account and your usage is paid from that credit until it runs out. Usage is no longer billed after the month ends.
  • When your credit (and any included usage) runs out, new requests stop until you add credit or your next month's included usage starts.
  • Auto top-up is optional. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can change it or switch it off at any time.
  • Credit you buy never expires.
  • While your plan fee is paid, the Builder plan includes $20 of usage each month.
  • Credit is non-refundable except where required by law. Any credit that is not refunded stays on your account as account credit.
  • If your account was billed in arrears before 19 October 2026, usage up to the day your account moves to credit, after any included usage, is billed one last time on your next invoice.

Your content and the service's rights

You keep ownership of the inputs you send. You grant FluxRouter a limited license to receive, transmit, process, and log your requests solely to operate, secure, meter, and support the service. We retain all rights in our own software, systems, and marks. Output is provided to you as-is; we make no ownership or non-infringement representation about AI output, which is governed by the serving provider's terms.

Flux Memory.If Flux Memory is on for your key, you also grant FluxRouter a limited license to store the text of your requests and responses and to add it to your later requests, until you delete it. If you send end-user ids, you confirm that you send them from your own authenticated systems and that you have given your users any notice the law requires. Recalled memory can be wrong or out of date; review output as described under "Third-party providers and AI output".

Third-party providers and AI output

Your requests are served by third-party AI providers, and your use is also subject to their terms. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output.

Export controls and sanctions

You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the service in or for the benefit of, any U.S.-embargoed or sanctioned jurisdiction, and that you are not on any U.S. restricted-party list. You will comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws. We may suspend service for suspected violations.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUXROUTER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUXROUTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. FLUXROUTER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FLUXROUTER IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FluxRouter from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your use of the service, (b) your inputs or any output you use, (c) your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or any provider's policies, or (d) the conduct of your end users.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court, you and FluxRouter agree to resolve any dispute relating to these Terms or the service by binding individual arbitration, and you and FluxRouter waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action. Arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider, seated in the State of Florida. Either party may bring claims in court only as needed to enforce this section or seek injunctive relief. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support at fluxrouter dot ai within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Nothing here waives any right that cannot be waived by law. Subject to the above, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-app) and state an effective date; your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or close accounts for abuse, non-payment, or violations of these Terms.

General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. The sections on acceptable use, content and rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including third-party provider or infrastructure outages.
