Cookie Policy

Our cookie policy and how we use them

Last updated: June 4, 2026

Cookies and similar technologies are small files a website stores in your browser. FluxRouter keeps its use of them to a minimum. We use only what is needed to run the service and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.

What we use

  • Sign-in and session — keep you logged in to your dashboard and protect your account session.
  • Security — a session-scoped check at sign-up that protects the site from bots and abuse.
  • Payments — set by our payment processor (Stripe) during checkout and billing.
  • Support assistant — if our in-page support assistant (Chatbase) is loaded, it may set storage needed to run the chat widget.
  • Your cookie choice — we store your accept or reject choice in your browser so we do not ask you again on every visit.

What we do not use

We do not run third-party advertising or ad-targeting cookies. If we ever add product analytics to understand how the site is used, it will be optional and will run only after you accept.

Your choices

The cookies above are needed to run the site, so the site uses them to function. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and you can decline any optional cookies we add in the future using the banner shown on your first visit. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, such as signing in, from working.
